Our client is seeking an experienced Event Manager to join their team. Working within a small, dynamic team, you'll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of events, managing every stage from initial concept and planning through to successful on-site delivery.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys balancing project management, client relationships and live event operations. If you're passionate about the outdoors, thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy seeing projects through from start to finish, this could be the ideal opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including logistics, accommodation, transport and operational delivery.
  • Produce and manage event budgets, forecasts and project timelines.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
  • Deliver events on-site, working alongside the wider operations team.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Support the wider business with operational tasks as required.

Key Attributes

  • Proven experience managing outdoor, experiential or challenge events.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Strong client-facing experience with the confidence to build lasting relationships.
  • Experience managing budgets and financial forecasting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines simultaneously.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for outdoor activities and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Desirable Attributes

  • Experience delivering multi-day events.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Experience driving vans or minibuses.
  • French language skills would be advantageous.

Our client are seeking a proactive, organised and enthusiastic Events Administrator to join their friendly team on a temporary basis.

This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and IT skills who enjoys coordinating logistics, thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves being part of a close-knit team. You don't need years of event management experience, they're looking for someone with the right attitude, excellent organisational skills and a willingness to get stuck in.

Starting ASAP Until September 2026

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the planning and coordination of events across the UK and Europe.
  • Booking and coordinating travel, accommodation and transport for staff and clients.
  • Managing event logistics and keeping plans, schedules and documentation up to date.
  • Liaising with suppliers, venues, hotels and transport providers.
  • Preparing event materials and ensuring everything is in place before each event.
  • Providing administrative support throughout the event planning process.
  • Working closely with colleagues to solve problems and respond quickly to changing priorities.
  • Assisting with event delivery where required.

Key Attributes

  • Excellent organisational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with the confidence to learn new systems quickly.

  • Previous experience in administration, events, travel coordination or logistics would be an advantage but isn't essential.

Our client is seeking a Customer Service and Data Entry Admin to join their busy and growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous customer service experience who enjoys helping customers, working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a supportive team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders, responding to enquiries and working closely with internal departments to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
