MEN’S MENTAL HEALTH MONTH

June is Men’s Mental Health Month

 

It’s a time to break the stigma, start the conversation and support the men in our lives – friends, family, colleagues – who might be struggling in silence.

 

  • Statistically, men are less likely to reach out for help
  • Suicide rates are significantly higher among men
  • Mental health doesn’t discriminate—but society still often expects men to “tough it out”

 

Let’s encourage open conversations, check in on each other and create workplaces and communities where vulnerability is seen as strength.

 

Whether it’s a chat over coffee, a walk with a mate, or simply letting someone know you’re there – it all matters.
