Experience across every part of the function

Julia, Finance Manager, brings over a decade of experience to her role. With a lifelong passion for maths, she moved into finance after a successful career in the travel industry, completing her AAT qualifications before joining March as an Accounts Assistant. Over time, she has built a strong understanding of every part of the department and now oversees payroll, financial reporting and compliance, while liaising closely with HMRC.

Alongside her, Carol supports payroll and accounts, managing payroll for temporary staff, assisting with invoicing and helping maintain daily processes. Her attention to detail ensures work is completed accurately and on time. Having been with the business for four years, she values the positive atmosphere and strong team dynamic.

Julie, Payroll Specialist, adds wealth of experience, having been part of March Recruitment for 30 years. She is responsible for the smooth and accurate processing of payroll and handles everything that comes with it. Her long-standing knowledge of the business brings consistency and reassurance to the team. Julie values the flexibility of her role and the camaraderie within the business, describing colleagues as more like family.

 

A team that works seamlessly together

Together, Julia, Carol and Julie provide reliable support across the business, ensuring everything runs as it should day to day. Their combined experience and shared approach help maintain a steady and dependable finance function that supports both clients and candidates.

Outside of work, each brings their own personality to the team. Julia enjoys travelling and plays paddle tennis. Carol has a passion for soul music and regularly attends live events. Julie spends time at her family’s apartment in Spain.
