An exciting opportunity to join a newly formed Social and Influencer team within the European Marketing Office. As a Social & Influencer Junior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, building best-in-class campaigns, and driving alignment across multiple European markets. This position is ideal for a driven and collaborative individual with strong project management, communication, and leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end management of social campaigns including new launches, product activations, and always-on content. Write briefs, oversee creative development, and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
  • Influencer Management & Campaign Support: Support influencer strategy and campaign delivery, including planning, agency and budget management, contracts, content approvals, and ROI analysis.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Build strong relationships with HQ, regional teams, and 16 European subsidiaries, ensuring alignment on strategies and activation plans.
  • Social Operations & Innovation: Host regular calls with markets, propose innovative ideas, and drive social and influencer best practices.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Manage KPIs, dashboards, and campaign reports, translating data into actionable insights to optimise future campaigns.
  • Event Support: Assist in planning and delivering premium influencer events across Europe when required.

Key Competencies

  • 2+ years’ proven experience in social and influencer marketing, with strong campaign management expertise.
  • Excellent knowledge of all major social media platforms and how to optimise content for each.
  • Experience with influencer contracts, budgeting, briefing, and performance reporting.
  • Strong creative and analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills across multiple markets and cultures.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint with strong presentation skills.
  • Experience working across multiple markets preferred; additional European languages a plus.
