November is Men’s Mental Health Month – an important reminder that conversations around wellbeing need to include everyone.

At March, we see every day how much happier, more productive and collaborative teams are when people feel supported and safe to speak up.

Whether it’s checking in with a colleague, promoting work–life balance, or offering access to wellbeing resources, small actions can make a big difference.
