Behind March Recruitment’s temporary and contracts division is a close-knit, highly experienced team who work together to support clients and candidates. Led by Lynne Cepollina, the team brings decades of combined recruitment experience and a strong belief that success is always a shared effort. 

 

Supporting a large temporary workforce

Lynne’s role has evolved over 40 years with the company, moving from hands-on recruitment into overseeing and supporting a large temporary workforce. Today, Lynne acts as a steady point of contact for both clients and temps, helping resolve issues, introduce new processes and ensure everyone feels listened to and supported.

A big part of what motivates Lynne is seeing the team around her grow and succeed. She takes genuine pride in supporting others and watching colleagues build confidence, develop new skills and achieve their own milestones. That emphasis on collective success runs through the entire business, shaping how they work together and reinforcing a culture that values collaboration.

 

Developing new client relationships 

Working alongside Lynne is Charlie Shepherd, Senior Recruitment Specialist, whose role blends account management, resourcing and business development. Charlie recruits across a wide range of roles from entry-level positions to senior hires. She has also played a key role in developing new client relationships and successfully expanding into new sectors, helping lay strong foundations for future growth. Outside of work, Charlie continues to take on new challenges, a reflection of the determination and focus she brings to her role.

 

Identifying and engaging talent  

Katie Thompson, Resource Consultant, completes the core temp team, focusing heavily on skilfully sourcing candidates in what has become an increasingly competitive market. Much of her role involves proactively identifying and engaging talent, often reaching out to people who aren’t actively job searching but are open to the right opportunity. Alongside this, Katie supports business development research and brings valuable HR insight to the team, helping navigate complex candidate and client queries. Katie brings an invaluable mix of skills that directly reflect what today’s recruitment market demands.
