Julia brings over a decade of experience to her role as Finance Manager at March Recruitment. With a lifelong love of mathematics, she transitioned from a successful career in the travel industry, to pursue her passion for numbers and problem-solving. After completing her AAT accounting qualifications, Julia joined March as an Accounts Assistant and worked her way up, mastering every aspect of the finance department before stepping into her current role.

Her responsibilities include payroll management, producing accurate financial reports, liaising with HMRC and ensuring financial compliance across the business. Julia’s hands-on experience and methodical approach make her an essential part of the team. 

Outside of work, Julia is a seasoned traveler with a love for exploring the world, particularly the Far East. She also enjoys introducing her children to the joys of travel. When not planning her next adventure, Julia can be found playing paddle tennis.
