Katie is a vital part of March Recruitment, supporting the perm, temp and payroll teams. Her role spans administration, account management, marketing, even scheduling, and coordinating Team Meetings. If that's not enough, Katie also leads the implementation of new systems and processes to keep everything running smoothly.

With eight years experience in the recruitment industry, Katie also looks after the onboarding of new temps, dealing with all their contracts, right to work and any questions. She is also the first point of contact for their queries and keeps them updated on any policy changes. 

Outside of work, Katie is an avid reader, enjoying 110 books last year. With an eclectic taste in literature, she appreciates everything from fiction to biographies. Katie values spending time with her large family, often participating in family quizzes, where her competitive spirit shines through!
