Katie specialises in resourcing candidates across a wide range of roles for leading brands in Surrey and the UK. Prior to becoming a mum, Katie built a successful career in generalist HR and graduate recruitment within a large oil and gas company.

Katie loves connecting with top candidates and has a knack for recognising when they’re the perfect fit. As a mum of three boys, she’s highly organised and skilled at managing her time to get things done efficiently. 

Once an aerobics instructor she shifted her focus to her CIPD studies and HR career. We’re glad she made the change and brought her expertise to the team.
