In this role you will be required to provide assurance to inbound logistics related data and processes by ensuring information is captured in a timely manner and any insight gained is quickly shared or acted on by the team as well as key internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring of 3PL and LSP data outputs and consolidation of the same formats where necessary; with a focus on data accuracy
- Troubleshooting of Automatic Shipping Notices (ASNs) to ensure smooth goods receipt processes at warehouses as well as on virtual goods receipt
- Trend analysis for direct deliveries across domestic appliances, TV/AV and mobile categories
- Inventory coordination of virtual storage locations to ensure accuracy of direct delivery stock positions
- Prevention and resolution of stock discrepancies via routine stock checks and reporting
- Responsibility for SAP and Cello inbound data with the goal of ensuring consistency
- Preparing and formulating raw data for reporting and forecasting purposes
Key Attributes
- Bachelor degree in Logistics/SCM OR relevant work experience
- Good MS Excel skillset including lookups, pivot tables and IF statements as well as an eagerness to learn more

- A proficient level of English
