Our client are looking for an Operations Coordinator to support the purchasing activity. The role is responsible for ordering and proactive follow-up of orders, ensuring the sites are supported with the accurate and timely supply of components. A full stock check will be required once a month across two sites (Amersham and Egham). The successful candidate will be required to travel to the Egham site twice a month to support their ongoing needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and dispatch all daily parcels, including packing devices, and arranging appropriate courier or postal services
- Ensure all stock, service/loan items, and warranty returns are correctly processed and returned to suppliers
- Raise purchase orders and actively manage outstanding orders, clearly communicating lead times to both sites
- Maintain full control and oversight of stock management, including housekeeping, stock rotation, replenishment, and routine stock checks
- Support aftersales and warranty processes
- Supporting with facilities and H&S activities
- Ensuring quality and service levels are regularly monitored via trends and feedback from suppliers/customers

This role sits within a forward-thinking and dynamic People Team dedicated to empowering individuals and encouraging a high-performance culture. The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing recruitment activities across various divisions, ensuring the business attracts, engages, and secures top talent efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end resourcing processes in collaboration with business leaders and People Business Partners
- Define recruitment needs with hiring managers and deliver tailored sourcing strategies
- Ensure inclusivity and diversity are embedded throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Develop and implement employer branding and attraction strategies, including pipelines for future talent
- Directly source candidates through job boards, networking, and other direct attraction channels
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, negotiating terms and ensuring service levels
- Build and maintain talent pools for critical or hard-to-fill roles
- Continuously improve both the hiring manager and candidate experience, while focusing on quality of hire

- Proven experience across the full recruitment lifecycle, either in-house or agency
- Ability to plan, source, screen, and secure candidates in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled in interviewing with excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Deep knowledge of direct sourcing strategies and social media recruitment
- Strong web and database searching skills for proactive talent identification
- Results-driven with a focus on KPIs and hiring effectiveness
- Up-to-date knowledge of recruitment trends and best practices
- Analytical skills to evaluate service performance and propose improvements

As an HR Advisor, you will support the People Operations and HR Business Partnering teams in delivering a high-quality employee experience. You’ll play a key role in advising managers, managing the full employee lifecycle and overseeing a broad range of employee relations matters while supporting a fast-growing and people-focused organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle in partnership with People Team Centres of Excellence and People Managers.
- Lead end-to-end employee relations cases including absence, performance, disciplinaries, grievances, investigations and flexible working.
- Advise managers on People Policies, recommending updates in line with legislation and organisational changes.
- Support recruitment pre-approval processes and draft HR documentation such as changes to terms and conditions.
- Assist HRBPs with organisational change, consultations and ensuring systems (including Workday) remain up to date.
- Contribute to People Team projects, process improvements and support strategic workforce planning activities.
Key attributes
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar, with strong ER case management and solid UK employment law knowledge.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience, with strong HR systems knowledge (Workday desirable).
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Warm, personable and confident working with colleagues at all levels, providing excellent customer service.
- Process-focused with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to interpret complex policy or contractual information.
- Positive, proactive team player with energy, resilience and a desire to learn, grow and support wider People Team initiatives.
