Performance Based Pay Associate

As a Performance Based Pay Associate, you will sit within the Finance Operations team, supporting the accurate and timely administration of employee lifecycle events and Performance Based Pay (PBP) processes. Acting as a key coordination point between employees, managers, payroll, and internal stakeholders, you will ensure data integrity, policy compliance, and a high standard of service across all PBP activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer employee lifecycle changes including new starters, leavers, and role updates within the PBP system.
  • Process salary and allowance changes, ensuring accurate and timely updates to payroll.
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready HR and PBP data across all systems.
  • Manage system access, permissions, and data uploads within the PBP platform.
  • Triage and resolve PBP queries via the ticketing system, escalating where necessary.
  • Ensure all processes are compliant with internal policies and SLAs.
  • Support reporting accuracy, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
