She handles candidate registration, compliance checks, advert creation and first-stage resourcing. Lily also manages and grows March’s digital presence across social media platforms and the website, while supporting team communications, reporting and candidate experience. Lily made the leap into recruitment and has never looked back. Her natural flair for media and creativity brings a fresh skill set to the team.
