Meet the Team: Katie Sharkey - Business Support Executive

We’re delighted to introduce Katie Sharkey, an essential part of our team at March Recruitment! Katie is our dedicated Business Support, and if you’ve ever been in touch regarding a referral or seen one of our fantastic events, you’ll know just how brilliant she is.

Katie has been an integral part of March since January 2021, and over the past four years, she has made an incredible contribution to our team. Before joining March, Katie worked as a Talent Manager at a recruitment agency, where she gained invaluable experience in talent management and building strong professional relationships. Prior to that, Katie built a solid career in retail, developing remarkable resilience, problem-solving abilities, and exceptional customer service skills.

Katie’s talent for connecting with people, her superb organisational skills, and her commitment to going the extra mile make her a real asset to our team. Whether she’s liaising with our referrals, planning events, or keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, Katie approaches everything she does with positivity and professionalism.
