Meet Lynne Cepollina: Our Temporaries and Contracts Manager 

If you’ve worked with us, there’s a good chance you’ve had the pleasure of meeting Lynne, our outstanding Temporaries and Contracts Manager. With an incredible 39 years at March, Lynne has truly been the heart and soul of our team and for many of us our "work mum." 

Before joining March, Lynne began her career in recruitment and HR, building a passion for people that have defined her journey ever since. Over nearly four decades, her wealth of knowledge, positivity, and genuine care for clients and candidates have made a lasting impression on everyone she works with.

She’s been a mentor, leader, and constant source of encouragement, whether she’s helping a candidate find their ideal role or offering support to a colleague. Her impact goes far beyond the workplace.
