Carol is an essential part of our team, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From keeping finances in check to making sure payroll is spot on, her precision and reliability are second to none.

With over four years at March Recruitment, Carol’s dedication and expertise have been invaluable. In addition to her role with us, she also works part-time at an estate agency, handling accounts with the same level of care and accuracy.

Beyond her professional skills, Carol brings fantastic energy to the team with her friendly nature and problem-solving mindset. She’s always happy to help and her hard work never goes unnoticed!
