Brian and Cindy took over ownership of March Recruitment over 20 years ago, 45 years after it was first established. Since then, they’ve been the driving force behind our success, leading with passion, expertise, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Brian brings a wealth of business experience, having owned and managed multiple successful ventures. His entrepreneurial mindset and strategic leadership continue to ensure that we grow and evolve in an ever-changing industry.

Cindy is a recruitment expert with a remarkable ability to build strong teams and foster a collaborative culture. Her keen eye for talent and deep understanding of the industry have been instrumental in shaping March into the company it is today.
