Lynne has been a key part of the team for over 40 years, initially developing and now managing one of our biggest accounts.

Lynne is known for her empathy and listening skills, balancing the needs of candidates and clients while offering guidance on contracts and regulations. She’s passionate about supporting career progression and following candidates’ journeys as they advance.

Lynne is a great listener both inside and outside of work, understanding the importance of truly hearing what people need and offering support that helps them move forward.

Outside of work, Lynne loves being outdoors and exploring new places, she also loves a holiday or two!  A standout experience for her was visiting Lake Bled, with its beautiful mountain scenery.
