This week is Men’s Mental Health week - a vital time to raise awareness and support for mental health issues affecting men, especially in the workplace.
Mental health affects everyone, and men often face challenges when seeking help. Stereotypes and expectations can lead many to suffer in silence. Breaking these barriers and nurturing a supportive work environment is essential.
