This week, we’re thrilled to introduce you to the incredible Charlie, a vital part of the March family for over six years! 

Charlie first joined us as a Resourcer/Administrator, where her talent and dedication quickly shone through. It wasn’t long before she earned a well-deserved promotion to Recruitment Specialist, a role she absolutely thrived in for four years. Today, Charlie leads the way as our Temporary and Contracts Team Lead, a position she’s been excelling in for nearly two years now.

Charlie’s impact on our team goes far beyond her impressive professional journey. She’s not just a brilliant leader but also one of the kindest, funniest, and most beloved members of the team. 

From her sharp recruitment expertise to her support for colleagues and clients, Charlie is truly one of a kind. We’re so lucky to have her as a key part of the March family, and we can’t wait to see all the amazing things she continues to achieve!
