Meet Millie Elgar – Our Resourcing Administrator! 

This week, we’re introducing a truly fantastic member of the March Recruitment team: Millie! 

Millie has been with us for just over a year in her current role as a Resourcing Administrator, where her dedication, energy, and infectious laugh have brightened our office.

Before joining March, Millie gained valuable experience in recruitment through an apprenticeship and later worked as a Sales Assistant, supporting a Business Development Manager. She brought that wealth of knowledge to our team, and we feel so lucky to have her.

Millie is now on maternity leave, but she remains a valued member of the March team. She has been an essential part of our success over the past year!

We couldn’t be more thrilled for her as she prepares for this next chapter in her life. While we’ll miss her laughter and incredible contributions in the office, we know she’s going to be an amazing mum.
