At March Recruitment, we’re all about people, and no one embodies that better than Bev Germany, our fantastic Database Recruitment Administrator.

Bev originally joined us for a six-week project… fast forward three plus years, and she’s still here bringing her exceptional customer service, warmth, and positivity to everything she does. She has a knack for making both candidates and colleagues feel special - whether it’s through her thoughtful approach to recruitment or her brilliant efforts for birthdays and celebrating milestones.

Her dedication and genuine care make her an invaluable part of the March Recruitment team. It’s a pleasure to work with someone who truly loves what they do and the people they work with.
