Position: Sales Order Desk Processor
Location: Chertsey

Overview of a Sales Order Desk Processor
As a Sales Order Desk Processor you'll be encompassing customer contact centres, service engineers, online support, Quality Assurance laboratories and spare parts logistics, the remit of the European CS headquarter is diverse and dynamic.

Responsibilities of a Sales Order Desk Processor
• Enter customer orders into SAP, coordinating deliveries from UK and SDS warehouses in collaboration with SEACE/SDS, and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding delivery schedules, stock availability, and any changes to keep them informed and satisfied.
• Actively manage and update delivery dates in SAP, ensuring timely deliveries by following up on necessary approvals for prompt customer receipt.
• Handle return processes, including coordinating approvals in SAP, and work with warehouse teams to resolve any related issues. Assist with invoice queries and credits.
• Provide daily sales reports to the sales team and order desk manager, and offer administrative support to the UK Head of Air Conditioning or Commercial Operations Manager as needed.
