Our client are seeking a Sales Support Executive to join a dynamic team supporting Travel Agents and Sales Managers across the UK & EMEA. This role involves maintaining and updating travel agency databases, assisting with system logins, managing trade promotions, processing legal agreements, and liaising with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update travel agency databases, including setting up new accounts and processing changes
- Assist with system support, resolving login issues, and ensuring smooth automation processes
- Create and execute tactical trade promotions
- Manage onboarding for new agencies and maintain existing memberships
- Process legal agreements and liaise with commercial and legal teams
- Support vendor setup and invoice processing
- Assist with trade incentive approvals and marketing sign-offs
- Handle multiple inboxes and communicate effectively with travel partners and vendors
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong administrative and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills (written & verbal)
- Highly motivated, with a positive "can-do" attitude
- Ability to work across different markets and time zones
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) – knowledge of Versonix Seaware is a plus
